Cancellation Policy

Book Your Fragrance Bar Experience Host a personalized fragrance event! Minimum: 6 guests $50 per guest (includes custom 2 oz perfume) Add $15 for 2 oz body butter + body wash upgrade Travel outside Houston: Additional fee discussed at booking Terms & Conditions Minimum of 6 guests. Host provides tables/chairs or requests rental. 1 hour setup before event, 30-60 minutes takedown after. Event lasts ~2 hours; overtime: $50/hour. Outdoor events: Host responsible for weather impact. We’ll reschedule if possible. Cancellations: Full refund if we can’t accommodate. Patch testing recommended; we are not liable for continued use after irritation.
